Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are normally packed and dispatched withing 4 - 7 working days. During holiday season and new product launches dispatches may take slightly longer.

Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
  • Delivery takes up to 7 working days to arrive.
  • Delivery during holiday season may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates

Orders under £65 have a delivery charge of £3.60.

Free shipping to orders over £65.

International Orders

Currently, The Love Library only ships within the United Kingdom.

Returns and Refunds

At The Love Library, I want you to be happy with everyorder. If there’s a problem with your purchase, please get in touch within 14days of receiving your order so I can help.

Returns

  1. You must return any new, unused, and unopened books or products within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  2. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  3. I cannot accept returns of books that show signs of reading or handling, custom or handmade items, or digital products.
  4. You’ll be responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect when you received it.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, I’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days, unless it’s holiday season, after I confirm receipt of your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered,
please email thelovelibraryuk@gmail.com
with photos within 7 days of delivery. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as
soon as possible.
